Finis Agility Paddles
Finis agility paddles are my favourite paddles. They require swimmers to control the way the arm enters the water to implement a glide. If the stroke is too unstable the paddles simply fall off.
If the agility paddles are not for you, the finis freestyle paddles are the next best thing. Similar to the agility paddles, instability in your stroke causes the paddles to change position and wobble. The freestyle paddles come with a finger strap so you will still feel the wobble but they won't fall off.
